Chris is a lifelong learner with a passion for legal operations & technology, business process & strategy, and data science. He has over 20 years’ experience of driving and operationalizing innovation within the legal profession. Amongst other achievements, he founded the Practice Economics Group at BCLP and co-founded the Cantilever business.
Director of Legal Operations Solutions, EMEA
Bruce has extensive experience in technology, operational and strategic roles in Legal and Financial Services. Most recently Bruce was responsible for transforming BCLP’s legal service delivery with technologies such as artificial intelligence, workflow, document automation and data analytics. He is now applying this expertise to assisting in-house legal departments. Bruce is also the co-founder of Swiftagree, a legal tech start-up focused on online contracting.

Angie has years of experience as a consultant in the human resources and legal sectors, helping clients introduce standardized procedures, playbooks and templates, as well as process improvement and project management techniques.
Meet the team
Director of Program Management
Carrie’s background is in management consulting and change management. She spent ten years at Accenture where she led process and organizational design engagements for federal government and telecommunications clients. Currently Carrie heads program delivery for Cantilever including its team of project managers.
Senior Process Improvement Manager
Susan leads Cantilever's process improvement team. She specializes in legal process optimization, lean six sigma and target operating model design and implementation. Susan has delivered high profile projects in the UK's top management consultancies and law firms.
Product Development Manager
Lindsey leads Cantilever’s product development teams, including software development, quality assurance, and data science. She has over thirteen years of experience working as a software engineer across a range of industries, including spending over five years within the legal sector.
Christina has pioneered the use of multivariate regression, machine learning, and distribution statistics throughout law including contract and litigation portfolios as well as in essential legal operations functions. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, holds multiple data science certifications, and has an M.S. in Experimental Psychology.
